Who we are

Two people, on every job.

One runs the company, one holds the license, and both of them weld. That is the whole company, and for a GC it is the point: the person who priced your scope is the person standing on it, and nobody gets handed off to a coordinator.

Owner and operator

Answers the phone, walks the job, prices the work, and then does it. The person who quotes your job is the person who shows up to weld it, which is most of why a two-person shop is worth calling.

  • Runs the company and quotes the work
  • Structural steel erection and field welding
  • Mobile welding and custom fabrication
  • Scheduling and job coordination

Responsible managing employee

C-51 Structural Steel

Holds the C-51 qualification the company license runs on, and is on the job rather than on the paperwork. Sets the weld procedure, checks the work against it, and deals with the special inspector directly.

  • Holds the C-51 structural steel qualification
  • Weld procedure and quality on every job
  • Special-inspection coordination
  • Field supervision

You will notice there are no names or headshots on here. That is on purpose. Call the number and you are talking to the owner inside a minute, which tells you more than a photograph would. The license, the classification, the bond, and the workers’ compensation policy are all on the CSLB record under the company, which is the thing your office actually needs to file.

Straight about it

A new company with an old trade behind it.

The LLC was licensed in 2026. That means no experience modification rate yet, no audited financials, and no surety line for a performance bond, so a large GC running a formal prequalification system will not clear us on paperwork alone.

What is real today: the C-51 license and the person who qualifies it, $2,000,000in general liability, workers’ compensation in force, both bonds, and two people who self-perform the work. All of it is checkable this afternoon.

We would rather say that here than have an estimator find it in the middle of a bid. If your process needs more than the above, tell us and we will tell you straight whether we can meet it.
